Forma Living offers a full range of window treatment solutions for residential and commercial clients. Our in-house product line includes Roman shades, woven wood shades, roller shades, cellular shades, horizontal blinds and shutters. We also offer a full motorization program through Motion Blinds and Lutron.

The custom window treatments we produce are built to the exact dimensions of each window. There are no standard sizes. Because we manufacture in Arizona rather than importing, an order is in production while an overseas supplier would still be processing paperwork. We control the schedule, so we can stand behind it.

Our dealers begin every project with a custom consultation, getting to know their customers and their project goals. From project inspiration to fabric selection and design, Forma Living dealers know exactly which type of window treatment is needed to complete the design. Forma Living works with window treatment dealers, interior designers, architects and commercial clients. Residential projects range from a single room to a complete home. Commercial projects include office buildings, hotel and hospitality properties, restaurants, healthcare facilities, retail spaces and multifamily residential.

Our team has experience on both sides: individual rooms where every detail matters, and large-scale properties where consistency and schedule are the priorities.

For designers and architects, we work from project specifications and are equipped to review drawings and provide product samples and pricing to support your design process. For property managers, we understand that window treatments are a specification that demands precise execution across multiple locations and projects.

Our manufacturing facility is at 725 N Eliseo C Felix Jr Way, Avondale, AZ 85323. Every shade, blind and window treatment solution we produce comes out of this facility. Greenguard-certified fabrics are available across our standard selection and meet the material standards required in healthcare, education and other commercial environments where indoor air quality matters.
