Trade program

Forma Living is a window covering manufacturer in Avondale, Arizona. We sell wholesale, through dealers, and never direct to the public. You fit and finish the window treatments, we build the product and stand behind it, and you sell it as your own.

What you get as a dealer

Made in Arizona, built in-house

Roller shades, roman shades, cellular shades, horizontal blinds and shutters are built in our own facility rather than bought in and re-boxed. That keeps lead times short and keeps one team answering for the work.

White label

Sell it as your own. Nothing that ships carries our name unless you want it to.

Five year warranty

Five years, no questions asked, against manufacturing defects, on everything we make.

Made to measure

Every order is cut and finished to the opening. There are no stock sizes to design around.

Samples that sell the work

A free swatch cart for fabrics, and charged hand samples in the exact material and finish you specify, assembled the way an order ships. See samples.

The range

Roller shades, roman shades, cellular shades, woven wood shades, horizontal blinds, shutters and drapery, with a full motorization program. See it all on the products page.

How ordering works

Approved dealers order through the trade portal, specify to the opening, and receive an order confirmation. There is no public pricing on this site: pricing is set at the account level once you are approved.
